3. In case of non delivery of ordered tickets any sum paid will be returned.
In case of failure by Euroteam to deliver according to above and according to our terms and conditions for any reason, Euroteam will pay and return a sum up to 200% of any deposits and/or payments for undelivered tickets, such compensation shall not, however, exceed EUR 200 per Contract or Customer, subject to our terms and conditons www.euroteam.info/terms.
