These general terms and conditions apply to all Ticket Orders made with Euroteam for the Michael Jackson Tour by an individual or corporate or other entity (hereafter referred to as the Client).

1. NON-AFFILIATION:

The Client is aware that Euroteam is an independent intermediary acting in the secondary market. Euroteam is in no way affiliated with, connected to or cooperating with Michael Jackson Tour organizer.

2. PAYMENT:

Client's payment must be made by wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Diners) or check. All payments are non-refundable. Failure to have made correct payment to Euroteam on the due date as set out in the Ticket Order, constitutes material breach of contract and the Ticket Order will automatically be cancelled by Euroteam without prejudice to any other remedy it may have.

3. PRICE:

All tickets are sold at face value plus an additional amount representing the fair compensation for the costs, financial risk, work and difficulties involved in obtaining the required seating for Michael Jackson. All prices are inclusive of this additional charge.

4. ORDER GURANTEE:

All tickets sold by Euroteam are guaranteed authentic. All tickets sold by Euroteam will be delivered according to specifications in order and terms and conditions.

In case of failure by Euroteam to deliver according to above and according to our terms and conditions for any reason, Euroteam will pay and return a sum equal to 200% of any deposits and/or payments for undelivered tickets. Compensation in addition to paid amount shall not, however, exceed EUR 200 per Contract or Customer.

5. DELIVERY:

Euroteam will deliver the tickets according to these Terms and Conditions and the Order Guarantee. In case that Euroteam does not have tickets available for the date order, Euroteam can deliver similar tickets for another date in the same city within one month of the ordered event. Euroteam will inform about such changes at the latest 1 month prior to the event.

6. CONTACT DETAILS:

The Client shall by email or fax provide Euroteam with any change of contact details, including whereto the tickets shall be sent, after the date of the Ticket Order. Such change of contact details shall be sent by email: contact@euroteam.info or by fax: +47 23333501.

Euroteam is not responsible for the Client's non-receipt of tickets or returned tickets due to lack of information from the Client.

7. ENTRANCE TO THE EVENT(S):

Euroteam assumes no responsibility for ticket holders being refused entry to a venue due to non-compliance by the Client with the terms and conditions set by the organizer.
